K-Hip Hop artist pH-1 is making his Philippine debut on May 3, 2023 at The Filinvest Tent, Alabang.
Karpos Live is bringing pH-1’s About Damn Time Asia tour to Manila following the previously announced dates in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Bangkok, and Hong Kong.
Park Jun-won, more famously known as pH-1, is a South Korean rapper who has made waves in the Korean hip-hop scene since 2016 with his debut single, “Wavy”. His interest in hip-hop and rap was heavily influenced by his childhood growing up in New York, where he said that all the kids listened to Eminem, 50 Cent and Jay-Z. It was only natural that this ignited his passion to pursue a career in music that eventually, after consistent uploads to SoundCloud, caught the attention of Korean global superstar, Jay Park–founder of H1GHR MUSIC, an international hip-hop and R&B label.
Since signing to the label, he has released two albums, Halo in 2019 and BUT FOR NOW LEAVE ME ALONE in 2022. His discography features notable collaborations with Jay Park, Mokyo, Owen, and more recently, American R&B singer-songwriter, UMI.
