This time around, they’re amping things up by launching the first-ever Ube Sponge Cakes to be sold worldwide! Jim’s Recipe shares that this is a flavor that their loyal customers have been requesting ever since they opened and it’s finally here!

As always, the recipe has been carefully crafted for customers to enjoy without losing their identity as the premier sponge cake brand. If you love ube and you love sponge cakes, this is the perfect combination for you!

Sadly, Jim’s Recipe shares that this is probably the last of the sponge cake variants that they will be introducing in a while as they focus on other baked product launches moving forward… but we’re not that sad since they’ve already introduced so many delectable flavors and products to keep us happy for a long time to come.

What’s more, there are still other things to look forward to from the brand as well. In fact, they are already cooking up something “very Japanese”… but that’s all of the details we have for now. Stay tuned! 😉

The official launch of Jim’s Recipe’s Ube Sponge Cake will be on October 9 for all branches, but they will also have a pre-release during their Purple Day Event on October 8 in Megamall with Maxine Medina.
