Heart Evangelista’s “Bling Empire” cameo is finally here! The Filipino fashion icon appeared in season 3, episode 9 of the Netflix reality series! She even posted a snippet on her Instagram.
The episode reveals cast member Kane Lim throwing a special dinner for his “celebrity friend” who turned out to be Heart. “Heart Evangelista is one of the most famous and beloved actresses in the Philippines,” Kane introduced her. “I wanna throw something epic for her. I want her to feel welcome, and maybe she misses Filipino food.” Also at the dinner was their fellow cast member Kelly Mi Li.
Turns out, Heart also prepared something special for her friend wrapped in a red box–a cubic zirconia necklace. “No, I can’t. It’s too much. This is real, I can feel the weight,” Kane tried to refuse, to which Heart jokingly replied, “It’s okay, I can take it back.”
In her post, she expressed her gratitude to Kane and Kelly. “It was a fun cameo. Thank you, ‘Bling Empire’, for the welcome party,” she wrote in the caption. Meanwhile, the “Bling Empire” stars commented on Heart’s post with excitement. Kelly even asked Heart to come back soon!

Her involvement in “Bling Empire” has been rumored since August 2021 after being spotted with Kane and Kelly in the US, and confirmed that she filmed for a Netflix series on February 2022.

Kane also shared the teaser on their Instagram account saying, “An all-Asian cast on the largest streaming network in the world–wow. I want to thank my dearest friend Heart Evangelista for joining us and representing the Philippines on ‘Bling Empire’ and also being an incredible friend.”
Also starring DJ Kim Lee, Kevin Kreider, Anna Shay, and Christine Chiu, “Bling Empire” on Netflix follows the lives of wealthy Asian and Asian-American socialites in Los Angeles, California.
