James Reid and Kelsey Merritt sparked dating rumors when a candid photo of the two of them hanging out spread online.
It turned out to be for Reid’s latest single “u & i,” which was recently released on all streaming platforms.
A music video was also released, and you can watch it below:
According to Careless Music, the song is an “upbeat pop track that depicts two people connecting and knowing that they’re drawn to each other. It’s about enjoying each other’s company and taking action to experience themselves – because when they’re with each other, nothing else matters.”
“u & i” is Reid’s first single since his album Palm Dreams, which came out in 2017. He is set to release an album in October.
