This Celebrity Just Dethroned Kylie Jenner As Youngest Female Self-Made Billionaire

Kylie Jenner has just been dethroned as Forbes Magazine’s youngest female self-made billionaire.

Forbes has finally released its annual list of America’s Richest Self-Made Women where it’s been revealed that it is now musician and beauty CEO, Rihanna, who holds the title at age 34 and with a net worth of USD 1.4 billion. Rihanna is the only one below 40 years old who made it to the billionaire’s list.

Meanwhile, the 24-year-old makeup mogul, though still part of the list of richest self-made women, is no longer considered a billionaire with a reported net worth of only USD 600 million.

Rihanna has no doubt cemented her place as a pop culture icon in the 21st century with a flourishing showbiz career as a singer and actress and thriving fashion and makeup businesses, namely Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, and lingerie brand Savage x Fenty.

She was also named a National Hero in her hometown of Barbados on November 30, 2021, amid the commemoration of Barbados’ new status as a republic. Prime Minister Mia Mottley presented the accolade to Rihanna for having “the imagination of the world through the pursuit of excellence with her creativity, her discipline, and above all else, her extraordinary commitment to the land of her birth.”
