Actor Rocco Nacino and volleyball star Melissa Gohing are expecting their first baby together!
In an Instagram post, Rocco surprised friends and fans by announcing his wife’s pregnancy through a beautiful set of pictures taken at a grassy hill.
“Because God is kind to those who wait and pray,” he wrote in a post. In another, he praised Melissa for being strong amid the hardship of her pregnancy, especially because of her polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

“Ito na pala ang sinasabi ng mga anak na (So this is what the kids say, that) “Thank you for being strong for us mom”. I have been and am witnessing the strength you show every time you have body pains from baby N growing, and it wows me every time you say ” I can do this!” Us guys can never relate to what women go through during pregnancy,” Rocco said.
“I am grateful for a strong and caring wife like you, and soon to be mommy! Congrats on celebrating a new important day in our lives, mommy Melissa!”
Meanwhile, Melissa called her pregnancy an “answered prayer.” “I asked God for a new purpose in life and this was His answer,” she shared. “After months of trying, we are celebrating this precious gift that taught us a lesson about God’s perfect timing!”

It has yet to be revealed what name they chose for their baby.
The two tied the knot in a simple ceremony last January 2021, a few months after they announced their engagement.
