Kakai Bautista went on Instagram to share an inspiring message about self-love.
The message was accompanied by photos and a video of the actress in a swimsuit.
In one post, she said, “hindi ako titigil! Uumayin ko kayo.”
Bautista added, “hindi ako titigil na iremind kayo na ano mang hugis, hitsura at kulay [niyo], YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL and you should be PROUD dahil sa inyo lang yan. BABAE!!! Sayo lang yan, walang pwedeng umangin [niyan].”
 She ended her post with, “always believe in the POWER of your BEAUTY.”

In an Instagram reel, she said, “PROUD GAINS. For the past weeks sa lock-in I’ve been really lazy and crazy. Coping mechanism. But HAPPY. Not far from today, I HAVE LEARNED TO LOVE THY SELF in every circumstances.”
Bautista advised her followers: “Do whatever makes you HAPPY. Kung gusto mong payat ka, GO. Kung gusto mong jubis at bulky ka, GO! Basta ang importante you know how to take care of yourself. Your physical, emotional and mental health – ang pinakamahalaga to keep going and fighting.”
She ended her message with, “Sa lahat ng magsasabi sa ‘yo ng hindi maganda about your fez, your body and pagkatao! PAKDEMALL. Ikaw ang mahalaga. Para mapahalagahan at mahalin ang mga taong nakapaligid sa ‘yo.”
