The Tasting Club, in partnership with The French Chamber of Commerce in The Philippines, Manila Fresh Mart, Astig Vegan and WhenInManila.com, is pleased to invite you to the kick-off of “The Culinary Adventures” on Saturday, March 19, at 4pm.
“The Culinary Adventures” is an exciting program of virtual workshops about gourmet food and fun cooking classes featuring various guests Chefs.
The inaugural edition on Saturday, March 19, at 4pm, will present the fundamentals of a healthy food diet and its benefits with the guest Registered Nutritionist Dietitian, Grace Banal.
Romain Charpentier, Founder of ManilaFreshMart.com, will also explain how important it is to source quality ingredients to eat healthy, mostly when it comes to fruits, vegetables and other gourmet food products.
Finally, the guest Chef RG Enriquez-Diez of Astig Vegan, will show the participants how to cook a delicious meatless version of the traditional Filipino Kaldereta.
The event is accessible for free via Zoom and FB live, and as an option, the participants can order their own ingredient basket filled with quality produce to cook the delicious dish in the comforts of their home. The ingredient basket will make enough for 4-6 servings and participants can add their preferred rice or source of starch on the side. The food basket is priced at P1,600 and it includes the delivery within Metro Manila.
To receive the zoom link of the virtual session and to order your ingredient basket, participants simply need to fill out the form with this link.
In the future editions of the program, the sessions will focus on various quality ingredients with mostly local products, and feature talented guest chefs sharing their secrets and cooking techniques.
“The Culinary Adventures” will be a great occasion to learn key information about quality ingredients and new cooking techniques. The inaugural edition is scheduled on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 4pm.
