Metamorphosis Group, together with Sustainable PH and the Society of Sustainability Practitioners, is set to launch the first-ever Virtual Sustainability Career Fair this coming March!
Now in its second year, the Virtual Career Academy (VCA) Summit for 2022 is set to bring together employers, job-seekers, and organizations from around the Philippines and abroad to a one-of-a-kind career fair that highlights the theme of Sustainability. The 5-day event will be filled with career-centric activities for participants, including free resume and interview coaching sessions for job seekers to prepare for their job applications, career talks from the most prominent employers in the country, and company-hosted workshops and panel discussions to help employers and job seekers get to know each other better. If that’s not enough, there are also prizes to be won during the daily raffle for lucky participants!
Aside from the daily activities, the event will also spotlight the most prominent talents and employers leading the charge for sustainability through the Sustainability Talent and Employer Awards 2022. The categories include the Cura Personalis Award, Future-Forward Award, and Sustainability Driver Award for employers. Meanwhile, 20 Transformational Leaders, 20 Outstanding Individuals Ahead Of Their Time, and 20 Most Notable Changemakers will be recognized under the talents segment. Nominations open on February 5 (Sat), and winners will be announced on March 21 at the Virtual Career Academy Summit.

From last year’s record of 17 industry speakers, 600+ participants, 115,000+ people reached, 15,000+ engagements, 17+ companies and employers, and 100+ job openings, the career fair is set to be bigger and better to add more value and diversity to the event.
