It’s official! Sharon Cuneta is joining the long-running television series, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano”!
Dreamscape Entertainment confirmed the news on its social media channels as it posted photos of its warm welcome for the Megastar where they rolled out a red carpet and surprised her with a bouquet of flowers. Greeting her at the venue as well were ABS-CBN COO of broadcast Cory Vidanes, TV production head Laurenti Dyogi, Dreamscape Entertainment head Deo Endrinal, and “Ang Probinsyano” star and director Coco Martin.

Rumors that Sharon was going to be part of “Ang Probinsyano,” which just recently marked its sixth anniversary, first came to light following teaser posts that emphasized the word “Mega”. Sharon is known by all as the “Megastar” of the showbiz industry with an acting and singing career spanning over four decades.
This will be Sharon’s first teleserye with ABS-CBN Network. Prior to this, her only television show was “Madam Chairman” which ran from October 2013 to February 2014 on TV5. It is yet to be known what her role in the series will be.
