Lolit Solis has taken to Instagram to apologize to Alex Gonzaga and her non-showbiz husband Mikee Morada for her claims that the couple suffered a miscarriage and that the actress/vlogger was keeping it a secret so that she could turn it into an exclusive content for her popular YouTube channel.
“Naawa naman ako sa balita na nakunan daw si Alex Gonzaga. Kasi nga worried na worried ang mga followers niya at gusto malaman ang tutoong nangyari pero may nagsabi na sa vlog na lang daw ni Alex o Toni Gonzaga hintayin. Para bang ginawa ng business pati malungkot na balita,” Solis wrote. “Very petty ‘di ba?” She added.

Solis made this claim last weekend via a post on her Instagram, to which Morada responded, defending his wife: “Mam masakit at nakakadismaya naman,” he said. “Hindi lang patungkol kay Alex ang inyong sinulat, tungkol ito sa amin mag-asawa. Kaya hinihingi ko ang inyong pag-respeto. Huwag po kayong gumawa ng kwento sa ganitong klaseng sitwasyon lalo’t hindi niyo naman alam ang totoong pangyayari. Salamat.”
Now, the entertainment columnist has issued a publish apology to the couple, yet again posting on her Instagram account. She wrote, “Gusto ko maging clear sa lahat na never ko ginusto na maka offend o makasakit ng tao. Isa akong matandang babae, edad 74 going 75, at siguro sa buhay ko dumating na ako sa punto na gusto ko sana walang nagagalit o naiinis sa akin.” She continued, “If I have offended, o may nasaktan dahil dito , I am very SORRY. Hindi iyon at never iyon ang naging intention ko ng isulat at ipost ko iyon.”

Morada and Gonzaga have yet to confirm or deny the miscarriage rumor. The couple tied the knot in November 2020.
