Xian Lim is the latest celebrity to officially transfer to GMA Network as confirmed in an interview with “24 Oras” reporter Lhar Santiago on Friday, August 27.
According to the 32-year-old, he is very much looking forward to all the opportunities that the network has lined up for him, starting with his teleserye “Love. Die. Repeat.” with Jennelyn Mercado.
“I feel really happy and very excited na nandito ako (that I’m here),” he shared. “I’m really grateful sa lahat ng nangyayari (for everything that’s happening).”
Speaking about his new show, he said that fans can expect this to be something unique. “Kakaiba ’yung kwento (The story is different), I’d say this is the first attempt for this genre to be in a teleserye.”
Xian, who is managed by VIVA Artists Agency, last starred in ABS-CBN’s successful series “Love Thy Woman” which ran from February to September 2020.
He also expressed hope that he’ll be given hosting and directing projects in the near future. “Hosting pageants, hosting game shows is something very close to me.”

Other than Xian, former Kapamilya actresses Bea Alonzo and Beauty Gonzalez have also revealed their network switch while Pokwang and John Lloyd Cruz have done recent projects for the network.
