We’ve seen Heart Evangelista enjoy lots of luxurious and expensive-looking dishes and the latest is something we want to try: some blinged-out halo-halo!
The actress and socialite posted a photo of an elevated halo-halo on Instagram, tagging her friend Kane Lim in the caption. Lim is part of the cast of Netflix’s Bling Empire and Evangelista is rumored to appear in the show’s second season.
Kevin Kwan, who wrote the Crazy Rich Asians trilogy asked where the halo-halo is from and Evangelista revealed that it was prepared by Sally Camacho Mueller. The chef is recognized as one of America’s top 10 pastry chefs. She is also the US winner of the chocolate chef competition ValrhonaC3.

Mueller also posted the halo-halo on her Instagram page and talked more about it. According to the chef, the dessert is vegan and made with “ube glace, buko pandan tapioca, azuki beans with ginger, mango, nata de coco, coconut vanilla crema, and shaved ice topped with gold leaf.”
