It’s finally confirmed, DonBelle fans: the young love team has officially collaborated with local folk band Ben&Ben for a new music video that’s premiering this weekend!
Fans of Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano have been eagerly clamoring for a collaboration between them and the popular band ever since Ben&Ben posted a photo they took with the couple during their taping for ASAP Natin ‘To! before the enhanced community quarantine was put into place. They described the meeting as full of “good vibes” and included the hashtag “BenAndBenxDonBelle.”
Following that tweet, both Donny and Belle teased their Bubblies that a collab project was indeed coming. Now, fans don’t need to wonder any longer as the band made the big reveal!

“We heard you, Liwanag and Bubblies! We’ve been keeping this a secret but it’s finally happening. Nagsimula sa posts niyo, andito na tayo (It started with your posts, now we’re here),” Ben&Ben wrote in a tweet which included a short video on the set of their upcoming music video for their new song “Upuan” which will be part of their sophomore album “Pebble House Vol. 1: Kuwaderno” dropping on Sunday, August 29.
The whole group was seen wearing school uniforms in a classroom which insinuates that the song will be about young love. Donny also posted a picture of himself holding up a sign that read, “Prom with me?”
