PBA star James Yap has a short but sweet message for his son with actress-host Kris Aquino, who just celebrated his 14th birthday on April 19.
On Instagram, James posted a photo of himself with Bimby as he wrote, “HAPPY 14th Birthday Bimb. I Love you no matter what! Wishing you all the best that life can offer. God bless you.”

James and Kris were married in 2005 but broke up five years later, before their eventual annulment in 2012. Kris gave birth to Bimby in 2007. Her other son, Joshua, was born from her previous relationship with actor Phillip Salvador.
James is currently in a relationship with Italian girlfriend Michela Cazzola with whom he shares a four-year-old son.

Prior to this post, Kris opened up in a Facebook video that she is deciding to limit the public appearance of her two children amid the criticisms, bashings, and harassment that they receive. She said that she is taking responsibility for the hateful remarks and wants to protect them from similar comments in the future.
