The statue is locakted at JR Hita Station, Hita City, Oita Prefecture, Japan, and is the fourth ‘Attack on Titan’ statue to be placed in Hita City. Watch the unveiling here:

Statues of Eren Yeager, Armin Arlert, and Mikasa Ackerman all already have statues in Hita. According to Anime News Network, Isayama has called Levi “the most popular character that has supported ‘Attack on Titan’ all the way, and I’m indebted to him. I hope he is pleased.”

If you’re a fan of the manga or the anime, you might be surprised to learn that Paradis Island apparently exists in the Philippines. 😉
