LOOK: Ylona Garcia Officially Joins Joji, Rich Brian, and Niki in American Music Collective 88Rising!

Filipina singer Ylona Garcia is now officially part of the popular American music collective 88Rising, a record label that provides a home to Asian and Asian-American artists such as Rich Brian, Joji, and Niki!

88Rising dropped the announcement on its social media pages, sharing a video consisting of different clips of Ylona as they welcomed her to the family. “Welcome the wonderful Ylona Garcia to the family,” they wrote in the caption. “Good things to come.”

Ylona, who is currently based in Australia, shared the great news on her own account.

“Sooner than you think,” she said on her post.

Ylona launched her showbiz career in the Philippines by winning first runner-up in “Pinoy Big Brother:737” back in 2015. She has since starred in a few television shows on ABS-CBN, including “On the Wings of Love” and “Sana Dalawa Ang Puso.”

She flew back home to Australia in 2020 amid the lockdown. She then performed on 88rising’s Double Happiness Winter Festival in December, singing her single “Spilt Milk” and a cover of “Winter Things” by Ariana Grande.
