According to Interior Secretary Eduardo Año, Christmas parties will NOT be allowed this year across the Metro and all other areas placed under general community quarantine.

“Under GCQ bawal pa ang parties,” Secretary Año told ABS-CBN’s Teleradyo in an interview.

(“Parties are prohibited in GCQ areas [under the guidelines given by the Inter-Agency Task Force]. NCR mayors have agreed to keep it under GCQ and to ease restrictions to support the economy, but we won’t shift to MGCQ. We just have to endure it a bit longer.”)
