It’s been 10 years since the beloved British boy band One Direction stole the hearts of fans around the world through their catchy music and solid friendship and, although the quintet has long parted ways by going on an indefinite hiatus, there’s not a day that passes when fans don’t express their unending support for their individual endeavors and wait patiently for their fated reunion.
In celebration of their 10th year anniversary, One Direction has decided to give something back to their loyal followers for never leaving their side. Nope, it isn’t a reunion but it’s something worth being excited about all the same: new content!
Here’s what the band is treating fans to during this special occasion: a brand new anniversary website, a celebration video for their fans, new interactive playlists, and reformatted EPs featuring B-sides and rare songs, remixes, live recordings, and acoustic versions of tracks.
Tons of surprises await too in the “10 Years with One Direction” website which will be up on July 23—an archive of all their music videos, television performances, artwork, behind-the-scenes footage, and so much more. You’ll even be able to generate your own sharable “mixtape” according to your experience on the site.
It all sounds so amazing and we just can’t wait!
