NBC is taking us to the second star to the right and straight on ’til morning as the next production to be streamed for FREE through YouTube channel The Shows Must Go On! is going to be about the boy who never grew up.
Peter Pan Live! is a 2014 production that adapted the 1950s Peter Pan Broadway musical and stars Allison Williams as the title character and Christopher Walken as Captain Hook.
The story follows a mischievous boy and his fairy companion Tinkerbell who take Wendy Darling and her two brothers to Neverland where they will meet the Lost Boys, go on epic adventures, and face the evil Captain Hook, while also struggling with the decision to stay as children forever.
It will be available to stream here for 48 hours starting June 20, 2 AM Manila time.
Previous plays that were shown on the YouTube channel were Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Jesus Christ Superstar, The Phantom of the Opera, and Cats The Musical and NBC’s The Sound of Music Live!, Hairspray Live!, and The Wiz Live!

Proceeds from the streams go to theater actors and workers who were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
