Though her Lover tour was canceled this year due to the public health crisis, Taylor Swift is still giving fans a chance to experience her live show through a concert special coming next week.
Titled “City of Lover”, the special was filmed last September at the L’Olympia Theater in Paris where she had performed songs from her newest album live for the first time.
Making the big announcement on Friday, May 8, on Good Morning America, Taylor said: “So I played this concert in September called ‘The City Of Lover Show’ and it was in Paris, and it was so much fun. It was actually a show we put together just to celebrate the ‘Lover’ album coming out. And we filmed it!”
She added: “So that is going to be airing on ABC on May 17 and the next day it will on be on Hulu and Disney+ so I’m really excited about it. And again, sending my love to you guys and hope you’re well.”
You can watch “City of Lover” on ABC on Monday, May 18 at 10 AM (Manila time) after the “American Idol” season finale. It will then be released on Hulu and Disney+.
