LOOK: Clark International Airport Is “All Dressed Up” To Welcome SEA Games Participants

Here’s a bit of good news amidst the confusion and complications of the 30th Southeast Asian Games: Clark International Airport has never looked more ready. They recently posted on their Facebook page a series of photos showcasing the preparations made for the different contingents that will be coming in through the airport.

They playfully captioned their post: “All dressed up! Clark International Airport joins the nation in welcoming the 30th SEAGAMES Participants. Thank you PHISGOC for our colorful regalia!” And they truly do look the part! They even have a giant ‘welcome’ sign plastered across their floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s hard to admit, but Pami the mascot has never been cuter.

Aside from cosmetic preparations, the Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) guaranteed as early as July their readiness to meet the needs of the SEA Games participants. The Philippine Southeast Asian Games Committee (PHISGOC), the Philippine Asean Paralympic Games Organizing Committee (PHILAPGOC), and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) have been working with the CIAC to prepare for the surge of air passengers.
