The “BPO Tourism Queen Pageant” is an LGBTQ beauty pageant that celebrates LGBTQ people. Traevents Co. recognizes that the majority of their clients are from the BPO industry. An industry that gives members of the LGBTQ community an inclusive and accepting work environment, because they know that these individuals are vibrant, creative and fun. Essential traits that can help us market the beauty of our country, the Philippines.
As support to LGBTQ community, Traevents produced a platform wherein they can express and celebrate their gender identities in the spirit of diversity and inclusivity. This event is open to all Business Processing Outsourcing, Offshore and Shared Services Industry in the Philippines.
The winner will become a Tourism Ambassador who will then promote the beauty of the Philippines by helping selected NGO in their eco and sustainable tourism programs and selected LGBTQ NGO to help create awareness of the various issues of the LGBT community.
