Cocktail lovers, your prayers have been answered.

While you may have tried a lot of these beverages before, there’s always something new to sip experience with different mix-ups—let Araullo GastroPub take you from one tasty drink to the next during your classy inuman sessions.

A go-to for lunch or dinner and inuman sessions right after, Araullo GastroPub, aside from the classics Gin & Tonic, Negroni, Mojito, Sangria, Margarita, and Rum Coke, gives you a whole new menu of their own combinations of cocktails you have to try:

Italian Dawn. An amaretto drink mixed with gin; and double-shaken.

Apricot-ini. A vermouth drink that is apricot-flavored, to give your tastebuds such fruity deliciousness.

Dirty Sunshine. Tequila with cinnamon—to spice up your tastebuds, as the cinnamon adds a bold flavor to your regular tequila.

And the classics (from left to right): Gin & Tonic, Old Fashioned, and a mix of their own: Minty Basil: gin with calamansi and basil. I tasted this refreshing cocktail, and the calamansi certainly adds a taste of citrus to the flavor, and the basil gives it a touch of freshness. The mix, to me, was something new and different, and certainly a glass I’d like to keep with me while out with my friends at this gastropub.

And while maybe you’re not in the mood for cocktails, Araullo GastroPub makes sure your money’s worth it where it counts with their white wines: Torrontes—hailing from grape varieties in Argentina, and Moscato—the Italian name for ‘Muscat Blanc’, which is one of the oldest wine grapes in the world, and contains flavors of peaches and oranges; and the reds: Merlot—French for ‘The Little Blackbird’, and from a red grape variety, and Malbec—also originating from France, and loved for its rich, dark fruit flavors such as blackberry, plum, and black cherry.

Because Araullo GastroPub is situated in a residential area along San Juan, you don’t have to go anywhere after eating! With restaurant-quality food, you can have your inumans right after and hang out at the bar and the lounge and enjoy their fine selection of drinks. Aside from this being convenient, Ms. Lerma also told us that the head chef, Mr. Jomar Tuanio, conceptualized the gastropub to make it look street-style—graffiti on the walls, art on the chalkboards, the wood and decorations give you an outdoor experience whilst being comfortable with the air conditioner and the television situated above the bar.

Their menu consists of worldwide cuisines that really cater to the Filipino tastebuds. These recipes from different travels will give you a taste of Indonesia, Singapore, America, Spain, and so much more. Some of their must-trys from their wide array of food choices are the crispy baby squid, the ribeye solo, the gambas, the steak rice, and the porchetta.

My favorite dish, and Joshua agreed with me on this, was the crispy baby squid—its texture, sauce, and overall flavor just made it incredibly unique and appealing and tasty. A fusion of both from Indonesia and Singapore, this dish will leave your tastebuds tingling and asking for more—mine and Joshua’s did. Definitely a must-try!
