Karaoke is practically embedded into Filipino culture. So it’s really no surprise that three of our favorite half-Pinoy artists teamed up to show us just how karaoke is done.
AJ Rafael, a very talented Fil-Am YouTuber and musician, recently posted a video of his collaboration with American Idol Finalist Jessica Sanchez and Filipino-Australian artist Ylona Garcia. While he’s known for his collaborations with great artists–both Pinoys and international artists–this is one that’s really quite close to the Pinoy heart.

In this particular video, he arranged a medley of some of our favorite karaoke hits and had these two amazing women display their vocal power.
Prepare to be amazed:
Goose. Bumps.
Some of the featured songs are Lionel Richie’s Endless Love, Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing and I Will Always Love You, and Etta James’ At Last.
Hearing all these songs in a single video is one thing, but hearing these three beautiful voices is definitely something else. This just proves yet again how talented Pinoys are–and how karaoke is pretty much in Filipino blood.
