It’s been 10 years since we last saw Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Turner (nee Swann) in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, but it looks like she’ll be back in “Dead Men Tell No Tales” (international title: “Salazar’s Revenge”)! In the new international trailer released yesterday, Knightley appears briefly, but it’s more than enough to get us excited to see it.

Elizabeth Turner was present in the first three films, the last of which saw her marry her love Will Turner (played by Orlando Bloom) before he turned into a psychopomp ferrying souls who died at sea.
The first Pirates of the Caribbean film was released in 2003 to critical acclaim. The films are based on a Disney theme park ride, where riders can join the exploits of a band of pirates.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar’s Revenge follows Captain Salazar as he and his Spaniard Navy ghost crew escape the Devil’s Triangle and attempt to kill every pirate at sea. Sparrow must obtain the legendary Trident of Poseidon, a weapon that gives its possessor control of the sea, to defeat Salazar.
