LOOK: This Giant Chocolate Egg is in the First Chocolate Museum in PH

The very first of its kind in Mindanao, Malagos Chocolate Museum will take you to the lavish oceans of your chocolate dreams. The structure is designed for guests to behold the wonderful colors of freshly harvested cacao, and uncover the tree-to-bar mysteries of chocolate production.

Chocolate maker Rex Puentespina with his 20 kilo chocolate egg (still to be polished). The egg, not edible though, will be displayed in the museum later.

The entrance fee to the resort is Php 200/head which includes free entrance to the chocolate museum, butterfly museum, butterfly dome, bird feeding dome, the gardens etc. Free entrance to kids below 5 years old. I

f you want to create your own chocolates, be a chocolatier for the day, charge is Php 450 per 200 grams of chocolate or two trays of chocolate that can be shared with someone.

The resort opens 8am so museum opens at 9am-430pm, open Monday to Sunday.
