If necessity is the mother of invention, then Necessity must be Filipino. Because when it comes to ingenious inventions (such as the yoyo and the saltwater lamp), Filipinos are on top of the list. Like this guy, who improvised when the truck’s windshield wipers were broken.
Senor Mustachio shared a video on Facebook of a man sitting in the back of the truck, with his hands as the truck’s “windshield wiper.” We’re not quite sure if the guy is doing it as a joke, but he seems to be taking his job seriously. And the fact that the truck has no real wipers.
