Filipino Taxi Driver Gerardo Gamboa Finds $300,000 In His Cab: What He Does Next Will Amaze You

If you’ve been working in this drowning economy for the past few years, then you know how hard it is to get by with the bills pilling up and the money barely coming in.

For most people in the world, finding a bagful of money would make one question your morals and ideals. Finding a 0 bill on the side of the street would make one quick to jump at it and run!

Now imagine finding $300,000.00 in your cab!

I’d assume that more than a handful of us would take that money and run! But, that’s not what Filipino taxi driver Gerardo Gamboa did.

Gerardo Gamboa was working his usual cab in Las Vegas, Nevada when one of his passengers left a bag with $300,000.00 in it! Instead of taking the money for himself, Gerardo Gamboa was quick to report the money to his dispatchers and get it back to it’s rightful owners!

Because of this, Gerardo Gamboa’s cab company awarded him with a $1000.00 check and dinner for two. They also named him the driver of the year!

Reports state that the owner of the money said that he would also be giving Pinoy cab driver Gerardo Gamboa a reward at a later time.
