The Regional Planning Integration and Training Program is 3-day leadership training for the members of the local chapters of Region IV, with a theme of “Lideratura.” Inclusive in the program are leadership seminars, workshops and team-building activities. Speakers and facilitators would be coming from the team of the Alumni of Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines and a representative from the National Youth Commission. Delegates are to be grouped throughout the training until awarding at the end of the program.
What to expect in the training program:
- To develop/enhance critical and reflective thinking abilities in every position in the organization;
- To exhibit the ability to work effectively and collaborate with those different from themselves to achieve one goal;
- To demonstrate an understanding of group dynamics and effective teamwork;
- To develop a range of leadership skills and abilities such as effective leading change, resolving conflict and motivating others; and
- To exhibit responsible decision-making and personal accountability
