Zhoet Desserts: A Sweet Surprise for Christmas

The wind is getting chilly again, marking that Christmas is just around the corner. If you’re running out of ideas on what gifts to give to your family or friends, why not try giving them something sweet? Zhoet Desserts, for example, is here to help you out.

First of all, it’s not read like ‘zhowet’. It’s pronounced as ‘zut’. It comes from the Dutch word ‘zoet’, which means sweet, or the good things in life. You now have another word in your vocabulary when you visit the Netherlands.

Zhoet Desserts is a newly opened home-based dessert business located in Pasig and owned by Marie Kharl Calado and Errol Flynn Calado. Their interest in sweets is something they have always loved to share, which is why they decided to start this business last July.

Their sweet family personally delivered their items to us. Thanks!

Zhoet Desserts highlights two particular desserts: cheesecakes and panna cotta.

For the cheesecakes, they offer two sets. The first set comes in Strawberry, Blueberry, Mango, and Kinder Bueno (Hazelnut/Nutella) and is available in half dozen, one dozen or assorted.

Oh yeah! Before I get going, they have cute names for their cheesecakes, as well. 🙂
