Taurus (April 19 – May 20)
Be mindful of your mental health during this time because news about current events may make you lose your cool (if it hasn’t already). However, you can always choose to disengage, to put your phone down, and free your mind of whatever’s worrying you. There’s nothing wrong with that. You are just one person and you don’t have to keep carrying the burden of the world on your shoulders. Let yourself rest and be free of the pressure to “hustle.”
Gemini (May 20 – June 21)
It’s been over a month since quarantine began and there’s no end in plain sight as of now. This period of difficulty may be greatly affecting your emotional and mental state, so don’t be afraid to tune out, rest, and recharge. However, if you haven’t yet, you need to start adjusting your habits and lifestyle instead of clinging onto “what used to be.” Accept that this may be the new norm while a solution has yet to be discovered and use what you learn from this difficult experience to successfully adapt.
Cancer (June 21 – July 22)
You may be finding yourself unwilling to accept that current circumstances may be the new normal in the months to come, especially since there’s just so much to worry about if this continues. Leo (July 22 – August 23)

Libra (September 22 – October 23)
Amid the troubling times, you must find inner peace. Yes, it may be difficult to do so but you have to give yourself a break from all this negative thinking. Rest and recharge. Stay away from social media. Focus your energy on doing something you love or that makes you happy. In doing so, you will be giving yourself the strength and calm to face your challenges once more.
Scorpio (October 23 – November 22)
Now is a great time to start something new, to discover something you’re passionate about, and create new plans to enrich your life in the coming weeks. This optimism and drive you may be feeling shouldn’t be taken for granted, especially when you’ve spent so much time worrying about what’s currently happening around you.
