The newest Michelin-starred shop just opened its doors in the North Wing of the Mall of Asia. Apparently, this is the first food stall to earn a Michelin star. Hawker Chan has a made a name in Singapore and Hong Kong for serving scrumptious yet cheap chicken rice plate. In the Philippines, you can grab a meal for only Php 128.
Hawker Chan had its humble beginnings serving the famous dishes at a stall in the Chinatown Food Center in Singapore. It is known to amass long lines of hungry customers even before the store opens.

In 2016, it earned a Michelin star, which paved way for its expansion around Asia.

The Philippine menu at Hawker Chan will be the same as in other branches across the region. Therefore, you can order their popular pork rib, roast pork, and char siu. All prices are said to be below Php 200.
The meals come with an option of rice or noodles. There are plans for adding local food options in the future.
