Meet Shirley Webb, a 78-year-old grandmother who can make lifting 225 pounds (102kg) weights look so easy.
According to reports, she only started going to the gym two years ago, and even had a hard time getting around without help prior to attending gym training.
But after a few month in the gym, she could do more than just walk properly.
