Will Smith Left in Awe by Beatboxing of Cebuano Twins, Jomar and Jake

Famous Cebuano beatboxing twins Jomar and Jake Canencia just gained the attention and admiration of Hollywood celebrity Will Smith!

On his social media pages, the “Men In Black” actor shared a clip of them showcasing their talent and beatboxing to Martin Garrix’s popular single “Animals.”

“Before the internet people would just be good at something like this and nobody would know—Tragedy! Shoutout Jomar & Jake…this is spectacular!” he wrote.

Garrix himself left a comment on Smith’s post which has garnered over a million likes on Instagram, and over 200,000 reactions and 29,000 shares on Facebook.

In response to Smith’s reaction, the twins released a Youtube video wherein they filmed themselves thanking the American actor for appreciating their talent.

Sobrang saya namin na nakita ni Mr. Will Smith ang video namin at pinahanga namin siya sa aming video (We are elated that Mr. Will Smith saw our video and that he was blown away by it),” they said. “God Bless you.”

Jomar and Jake currently reside in Valencia, Carcar City in Cebu. They rose to social media fame in 2018 after their school teacher posted a video of them beatboxing. They currently have 12.7K subscribers on their Youtube channel which they started only 9 months ago.
