The last appetizer on the list has deep fried melon and pumpkin wrapped in prosciutto and served with a yogurt dip. It has the saltiness of the crunchy prosciutto and the sweetness of the melon and pumpkin, which are equally dominant.
This is good for those who want a light yet filling starter. It’s good for kids, too!
Tip: Dip into the yogurt sauce for more flavor. An addiction is practically guaranteed!
There’s a good reason why you should try their pizza, and it’s because they stuffed the pizza edges with flavorful artisanal cheeses that will tempt you to eat the edges first. One slice is not enough! Seriously, it’s unique yet unusual. Cyrus Cruz, Marketing Head, points out that some people normally do not eat the edges because there’s nothing special about them.
Try some of their pizzas, like the Mortadella E Pistacchio (Php595) and Crema Di Tartufo with Prosciutto Crudo (Php585). All of their pizzas are cut into eight slices and have smoked edges that will remind you of brick oven style pizzas. Their pizzas are not too thick nor too thin, either.
The Mortadella E Pistacchio has cheese and mortadella (Italian luncheon meat) laid on top. It’s drizzled with pistachio cream sauce and topped with crushed pistachios.
The Crema Di Tartufo with Prosciutto Crudo has a savory truffle cream sauce and is topped with eggs, mozzarella cheese, and slices of prosciutto crudo.
No Italian journey is complete without a serving of pasta that can be paired with the pizzas. Their Spaghetti Alla Carbonara (Php365 for Regular / Php1,350 for Sharing) is served in huge platters. The sharing size can feed 2 entire families!
Depicted is the humongous sharing platter that can feed 2 families.
The carbonara is cooked the Italian way (instead of cream, it is egg-based). The best part about their pasta is the melted parmesan cheese on top with a slight char for crunchiness. The pancetta adds a dash of meatiness.
Pro tip: Mix it nicely once the pasta is served.
Look at that cheese!
They also offer a great selection of beers, wine and other drinks to complement your dining experience!
