‘What I Hate About UP Fair,’ says Bullet Dumas with Photos of Littered Trash

Despite enjoying the weeklong celebration of Filipino music at the annual UP Fair at the University of the Philippines Diliman, singer Bullet Dumas expressed disappointment over the trash being left behind by fairgoers.

On Twitter, Bullet shared a few photos of the littered trash he found all over the fairgrounds, including empty bottles, cigarette butts, and wrappers. “What I hate about #UPFair,” he said.

Celebrities, environmental groups, and online advocates have been constantly calling people out for leaving their trash behind in public areas and after big events such as New Year’s celebrations and concerts. However, it continues to be a nationwide problem.
