It seems that wedding bells will soon be ringing for celebrity couple Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano after actress Vivian Velez revealed in a Facebook post Luis’s strong intent to ask his girlfriend’s hand in marriage.

“Last February, Luis Manzano expressed his desire to marry Jessy. You made the right choice Lucky…” Vivian said in her post dated July 20. She also mentioned that Jessy’s mom, Didith, is her second cousin.
In response to a comment asking for clarification on whether Luis has already proposed, Vivian said, “Meron pang [COVID-19].”
The couple, who just marked their fourth anniversary in June, has yet to publicly address this rumor, so it seems that we shouldn’t expect an engagement announcement just yet.
What we can be certain of, however, is that Luis is definitely “sure” about Jessy and wants to ensure that he can “provide for her and give her the life that I think she and my would-be family deserve.” Better keep our eyes peeled for that diamond ring on Jessy’s finger someday soon!
