Those who grew up with G-mik have probably swooned over the love team of Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino as “Jelai” and “Jun-Jun”. Now, there’s an exciting news because we might see soon a reunion movie of the two.
Director Dan Villegas, who produced the recent James Reid and Nadine Lustre movie Never Not Love You, shared on Instagram a photo of the two former reel- and real-life love team that he captioned as “looktest.”
A looktest or a screen test is “a method of determining the suitability of an actor or actress for performing on film or in a particular role”.
Carlo also posted a photo to tease the fans. It showed him hugging Angelica.
Carlo visited Angelica in February 2018 at a book launch where the actress wrote the foreword. The book was entitled “Para Kay Ex (For My Ex).”
Details about the movie aren’t disclosed yet. However, Angelica spileld that they’ll be doing a “rom-com.”
