“I have seen weird things in my life but this one ranks up there,” wrote Facebook netizen Dino Rivera as he captured an ostrich running around a Quezon City subdivision while he was on his scooter. “Nakascooter pa naman ako baka asawahin ako hahaha. #Ostrich,” he finished his post with the ostrich hashtag humorously.
We’ve all seen our fair share of weird stuff but this takes the cake for this month–and it’s only August 4. We wonder what else 2020 has in store for us, really. Hopefully nothing terrible anymore, just odd stuff like this.

Notice the lady running in the right corner? Same. And the dog chasing after the ostrich? Also same. There’s so much to unpack in this video that it’s almost hilarious. We’re not sure exactly how to feel. Maybe an exhausted sense of humor? I think that’s the thing.
