It’s nice to see foreigners try our local street food and enjoy it. On the Best Ever Food Review Show, a foreigner tries “isaw” (chicken intestines) for the first time. He tries them fresh from the grill, dipped in sweet vinegar and spicy vinegar.
What’s nice with his video is he tried to get input from the locals, trying to learn about our local street food.
He goes around Commonwealth Market in Quezon City, rides a tricycle to the market, and orders several sticks of isaw from the nearby street vendor.
He made isaw sound like it’s gourmet food.
He liked it and praised the vendor saying “this lady knows exactly what she’s doing.”
