Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice just recently hit theaters, but Hollywood is already planning Batman’s next movie. Except this time, it will be filled with LEGOs.

The LEGO Batman Movie is a spin-off movie featuring Batman from 2014’s The LEGO Movie. Will Arnett will return as the voice of Batman, and he will be joined by Rosario Dawson as Batgirl, Ralph Fiennes as Alfred Pennyworth, Michael Cera as Robin, Zach Galifianakis as The Joker, and Mariah Carey as Mayor Marion Grange.

It will be directed by Chris McKay, who was the animation co-director of The LEGO Movie.

According to the official release:

In the irreverent spirit of fun that made “The LEGO Movie” a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure: “The LEGO Batman Movie.” But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice made news for its bad reviews from critics. According to Rotten Tomatoes, which gave the film 29%, “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice smothers a potentially powerful story — and some of America’s most iconic superheroes — in a grim whirlwind of effects-driven action.

On the other hand, The LEGO Movie (96% from Rotten Tomatoes) was praised “boasting beautiful animation, a charming voice cast, laugh-a-minute gags, and a surprisingly thoughtful story, The Lego Movie is colorful fun for all ages.”

The LEGO Batman Movie is expected to screen on February 10, 2017.
