Right after the end of the hot teleserye Forevermore, Star Cinema released the teaser for the new film starring the show’s love team, Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano. The film is called Just the Way You Are, a nod to the Bruno Mars song also featured in the teaser.
The clip describes Gil as the ultimate player, while Soberano is described as the girl that will change him. The clip doesn’t reveal much but the story is taken from a Wattpad story called The Bet, where Gil’s character enters a bet with his best friend to make Soberano’s character fall for him.
Just the Way You Are is directed by Theodore Boborol, and will be released on June 17.
