Back in November, we featured a budding pop/rock alternative band from Tarlac called Northdrive. In that article, the band discussed their history, music, and future plans having just inked their recording contract with Curve Entertainment.
Well, we recently checked on the band, and boy, have they been busy! Since our last article, they have already released two singles, and have had guestings on major radio stations, publication companies, and even TV shows. They have been getting airtime on respected radio stations, as well, such as LOVE radio, GMA Radio, and had writeups in publications from national newspapers to major magazine. Their latest development is the release of their second single, the ballad-ish acoustic song, “PANGAKO.”
Pangako is a melodic piece laced with strings reminiscent of a full orchestra. The emotions and message of the song are captured through its heart-warming yet melancholy melody. The music video is directed by Ian Celis. Check it out here:
Northdrive is slowly making a name for itself, and they assure their fans and listeners that they will work hard and keep making quality OPM music. “PANGAKO!!!”
