The details of the secret wedding between Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli keep getting weirder and weirder.
February 20 began with rumors swirling that the couple was set to marry anytime that day. However, it died down when videos revealed that Sarah was taping for her show The Voice.
Then, the following day, news broke out that they did get married in a secret ceremony the previous evening. What was supposed to be a quiet ceremony turned dramatic when Sarah’s mom, Mommy Divine, showed up uninvited and Matteo allegedly punched one of his wife’s bodyguards.
Now, Jerry Tamara, the bodyguard is speaking up and he chose to air his side through Raffy Tulfo.

In the clip, Jerry shared details on what happened. According to him, they went to Victory Fort Bonifacio in Taguig, where the second floor was locked down. He added that this has never happened before.
After Victory, they went to a restaurant in BGC, where Sarah had dinner with Matteo’s family. He said, “Nag-text sa akin ‘yung driver ko na ‘Pare, ano itong sinabi ni Ma’am Sarah, bakit pinapauna tayo umalis?’ Sabi ko, ‘Pare, sige tanungin ko si Ma’am Sarah kung bakit tayo pinapauna umalis para may isasagot tayo sa mommy niya.’ Ang balak ko din dun sir, kausapin ko si Ma’am Sarah na inform niya si mommy niya para wala kaming bulilyaso na hindi namin siya dala pauwi.”
[“My driver texted me, saying, ‘Why is Ma’am Sarah asking us to go ahead?’ I said, ‘I’ll ask why she’s asking us to go ahead so we have something to say when her mom asks.’ My plan was to tell Ma’am Sarah to inform her mom so her mom won’t get mad if we come home without her.”]
He then texted Mommy Divine to inform her that Sarah was asking them to leave. Mommy Divine then replied that she was on her way.
From there, things got messy, and Jerry saw Sarah leaving with Matteo and his family. He tried to stop them and that’s when Matteo allegedly punched him.
Now, Jerry says that he is filing a complaint against Matteo.
