WATCH: Pentatonix Covers ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ — Get Ready to Be Blown Away

I am not the biggest fan of acapella songs and bands, but I must admit that every time I come across a Pentatonix song cover, I am always left in awe. One of their best covers for me is of Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah, which I also previously wrote about. Seriously, I think this band is great.

So I thought Hallelujah was the best (I am a sucker for classics rock and ballads), until they did Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’. Which totally upped the game. For starters, Bohemian Rhapsody is arguably one of the best classic rock songs out there, and is not a walk in the park to perform. It takes a lot of talent. And skill. And that is exactly what Pentatonix proved they got in this newly released music video covering the Queen hit song.

By the way, familiar with the massive guitar solo that comes about 3/4 through the song? You might be wonderinghow would an acapella group pull that off? You gotta watch it to find out. Prepare to be impressed.
