Chii Yap is in a long-distance relationship with her Australian boyfriend and after watching the video we posted on a couple in a 7-year-long relationship exploring the Philippines, she contacted us to share her video, as well, since she feels like a lot of long-distance couples will be able to relate to their videos.

Chii shares that her surprise didn’t take much. In fact, she only spent Php1,000 to do it. Here’s a quick breakdown: Php50 for the rose petals, Php400 for the cake, Php175 for a massage, Php200 for dinner and Php150 for bowling.
“I hope this will inspire some other people,” says Chie. “I know madami makakarelate sa mga Filipino lalo na sa mga OFW tapos madami na din na bilang ng FIlipino na nasa LDR sa mga foreigner. This is only a reminder na ‘Love is Blind’. Chos! I mean ‘LDR works.’ :p”
