My Disney-loving self is completely over the moon after watching this beautiful rendition of “A Whole New World” performed by two Aladdin icons—the original singing voice of Princess Jasmine, Lea Salonga, and Broadway’s original Aladdin, Adam Jacobs!
The two stars came together virtually last Saturday, May 23, to sing the lovely duet for Disney fans all over the world as part of the “Quarantine Cabaret” series of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
“Agrabah on lockdown … a spirit-lifting offer from Disney stars film to Broadway,” the caption on the video read.
Adam portrayed the titular character in Broadway’s debut of Aladdin back in 2011.
