The first official trailer for Jumanji: Next Level has just dropped. The trailer teases with a major plot twist for the four heroes.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Kevin Hart lead the reboot’s sequel.
The trailer features ostrich-like creatures, raging primates and a Jack Black-eating snake.
In another twist, the clip shows Johnson’s avatar representing Danny DeVito, who is the grandfather of the now-missing Spencer (Alex Wolff). Hart, meanwhile, seems to have been taken over by Danny Glover. That leaves lots of room for old-people jokes.
“Are we in Florida?” Johnson asks.
The 2017 reboot earned close to a billion dollars worldwide.
Jumanji: The Next Level is set for theatrical release in the US on December 13.
