WATCH: Gretchen Ho Shares How to Deal with Anxiety Amidst COVID-19

One of the things people seem to be forgetting in this pandemic is the importance of mental health. Staying home for long periods of time may not be good for the mind, especially when families start to bicker. Gretchen Ho is no stranger to that and opened up about her experience with anxiety.

On Instagram, she said, “Hindi naman ako mahilig mag-share nang sobrang personal online. Usually offline hehe. Pero baka makatulong itong kwento ko sa mga nakakaramdam ng anxiety sa ganitong panahon. This was my Black Saturday sharing for an online retreat.”

The host added, “Experiencing anxiety, especially at this time, is a normal thing. What we have to do is to pause, reflect on it, understand it, pray to the Lord about it and seek help when needed.”
